Nope. Synto pulls your workout data directly from Apple Health. Whether you use an Apple Watch or another Health-compatible app, your progress updates automatically — no taps needed.
Can I use Synto without an Apple Watch?

Why doesn’t the widget update automatically sometimes?
If you’ve force-closed the app, Synto may not update data in the widget automatically due to system limitations in iOS. Reopen the app briefly to let it sync again.
